GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings for the entire rental period and for all occupants of the rented property.
1. Duration, check-in, withdrawal
1.1 The duration of the rental agreement corresponds to the check-in/check-out dates.
1.2 The flat will be ready for check-in at 16:00. You can request a check-in before this time and, if approved, you can do so. Once you have made your booking, you will receive an email or message with a link to the check-in procedure. As this information is required by law, please complete all steps, otherwise we will not be able to let you into the flat.
1.3 To cancel your booking, you can contact the person who contacted you. 
2. Payment, use of the flat, stay in the flat and guests' obligations
2.1 After booking, a voucher will be generated with the cost of the stay, final cleaning and taxes, if applicable.
2.2 The property is rented to you for tourist purposes only.
Only the number of people that the flat can accommodate (including children) as stated in the online description are allowed to stay in the flat.
When booking, you will need to inform us of the number of people who will be staying in the flat with you.
Once you have made your reservation, you will need to provide us with the personal details and ID number of the main guest and the personal details of any remaining guests so that we can make the necessary notifications to the Police. Without this information we will not be able to let you into the flat.
You must inform us if the number of Guests staying in the flat is higher than the number of Guests you indicated during the booking, in which case we will need to update the booking and you will need to provide us with the details and documents of the additional Guests.
Pets are only allowed in flats where the owners have given their consent and indicated in the description of the flat; when booking, if you wish to ask if you can bring a pet, please indicate your intention to bring it with you so that Buona Vita Viva can check with you if possible.
